Samir Dhir heads the India operations for Virtusa and is a Board member of Virtusa Consulting Services. He is also a key member of NASSCOM’s IT Services Council which has been initiated to sustain and grow global leadership in IT. Samir has close to 20 years of experience in the global information technology industry. His experience spans key functions such as corporate strategy, customer relationship management and operations management. Samir has been associated with Virtusa since 2010, propelling its growth through global delivery excellence, spearheading newer solutions and championing crucial process initiatives. At Virtusa, he is responsible for driving delivery management, building scale /capacity growth and process initiatives, proactively nurturing key alliances and leveraging business partnerships.
Samir has spoken and presented at various conferences and seminars. He frequently writes on Virtusa’s corporate blog on the emerging paradigms including the growing consumerization of IT.
Samir received his MBA from the Warwick Business School, UK and holds a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
